The treatment begins as an ordinary procedure, but the hands linger a little beyond the limits of the service. Her boyfriend is asleep on the neighboring table when 藤田ゆず joins as an assistant. 美園和花 initially turns to check every small sound from his side; as the scene advances, those glances come further apart, as if his continued sleep has become permission for the other side to continue.

The hidden camera is not the sharpest part of the design. What matters is how the boyfriend changes from the person who makes her feel safe into the scene's quietest witness. She is never taken to another room. He remains close enough for her to hear him breathe, and every suppressed response, every delayed look back, places their original relationship a little further behind her.
